Dear (elected official),

It has come to my attention that GMO foods are highly dangerous, and should be avoided at all costs. The trouble is, today, it is very hard to avoid GMO foods. So many people have negative side-effects from eating GMO foods, and the list keeps growing. We need to ban GMO foods from entering our boarders, and stop producing any GMO foods in America. Many independent studies have found GMO foods to be very harmful to the body. Some of the side effects of GMO foods include: gluten disorders that effect over 18 million people in America now, glyphosates inducing breast cancer cell growth, birth defects, and so many other horrible side-effects. The fact of the matter is, we need a GMO free country.

Please do everything in your power to send this message – loud and clear – up the chain of command: GMO, whatever type, is not good for citizens of the United States or anyone else. We the people fought for freedom, and created the U.S. Constitution in 1776. We fought to create a free country. We didn’t fight to create a situation whereby we would be enslaved by poisonous foods and a dependency on pharmaceutical drugs. In 2016, we the people still believe in the the Constitution, and the freedom it represents – now more than ever. By the way, America is late to the non-GMO food industry. 26 other countries, including Russia, are banning GMO foods because they are terrible for health. Russia has taken is a step further. They are planning to be the largest exporter of non-GMO crops in the world by 2020. America needs an industry we can depend on. More and more people are waking up, and saying no to GMO foods. This could be devastating to the U.S. economy, as Americans source their food supply from other countries – just to avoid GMO foods. We need to turn this around.

Please do everything in your power to protect our rights and the Constitution of the United States of America. Please speak out against GMO foods. Make your voice heard by as many government officials as possible. Be bold. America needs you to speak out. We need you to protect our constitution. You were elected to perform a service to the public. Make your voice heard by as many people as possible. As Dylan Thomas once wrote, “do not go quietly into the night.” Create a twitter account, and post your strong belief against GMO foods – include hashtags #nomoregmo and #therfmovement to join the movement of other representatives across this country who are standing up for what is right.

Please do this for me and my family. Please do this for you and your family. Do this for our children, and our children’s children. Uphold the integrity of our Constitution.
